eBay Standard Envelope, I just got hit with these charges, tons of .51 cent charges not connected to the original transaction. I am finding many duplicates (likely from when the system was down and repeated attempts to generate a label). They are overcharging me and likely you.

Label 1: charged 8 times
Label 2: charged 6 times
Label 3: charged 6 times
Label 4: charged 4 times
Label 5: charged 3 times
Label 6: charged 7 times
Label 7: congrats, just once for now.
Which leaves dozens of labels missing from being charged. The accounting of this was fun. Honestly eBay has lost all of my confidence as a partner at this point. Do I write off the loss or spend hours chasing this incorrect billing with support that won't be available?

Ugh! What a mess you have there!
I was going to ask why was I charged .91 cents today for an order I canceled 9 days ago.

They've done a great job making it near impossible to resolve issues. Big or small, if it goes wrong, haha go F yourself basically.

In addition, a lot of you should reconcile for the month when you switch from Monthly Invoice (in Seller Account) to Managed Payments, especially UPS Shipping Label Cost and especially for large sellers. You may find a gold mine in there.
Besides, ebay representatives refer to item id when referring to certain transaction or case. It is not "unique key" for muti-quantity listed items in the software, at least before a transaction is completed. I am amazed that they have not made any mistakes yet.

I stand partly corrected. I counted those instances of tracking numbers but they were actually for item numbers. So perhaps it is technically correct with multiple quantity sold. But why does the transaction summary reflect $0 for shipping, and these line charges of .51 have no unique identifier to match the transaction. Not to mention dozens are still completely missing.

@pokemonforless - Thank you for reaching out. I have passed on the feedback about the transaction detail page not having the order number to identify the transaction. If you are missing label charges I would contact customer service for assistance, as they would be able to review those with you (which we are not able to do here). I know you had posted that their phone lines were busy. I would recommend trying back at an off time (earlier in the morning or later in the day can sometimes be slower).

I literally cannot find a window for customer service (managed payments team) to contact me. The attached picture is the everyday experience on eBay now. Fun fact, eBay bought back 5.1 BILLION in shares, but can't staff a support team to the point you need to try day after day to get through to them.

I used the "eBay standard envelope" and the USPS was unable to scan these in. I have 5 shipped out. 3 show no tracking progress at all. 2 show a single movement at a sorting center. Are you guys able to have these shipments scanned by USPS when sent out or is it normal for my post office to be unable to scan this type of envelope?
