Did you mean:

Charging me.

eBay has constantly been charging me for no reason and I don’t know why or what to do. I took my card info off but they’re still charging me thru paypal.

Charging me.

Charging you for what?

Store subscription?      Did you sell something?   FVFs?     Did you have a return that you ignored?

What does your invoice say it is for?

You sold a $25.00 toy on July 1st.    Have you paid your July invoice for that sale?

We very well might be able to help you, but you need to give us more details.  A blanket statement isn't enough.  So if you actually want some help on resolving this issue, you will need to take a moment and come back to give us details.

We don't need any private information on you or your listings but we do need to know what types of fees you are talking about, did you have any sales, if so for how much, do you have a store, etc.

Charging me.

You sold an item on 1 July. Ebay charges a final value fee when you sell an item.

If you didn't get paid for that item, you have to inform Ebay by filing an unpaid item report.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Charging me.

You need to look at your itemized invoices to see what the charges are for.
