Changing my category

I am a new seller. First I requested from e bay to sell Home and Garden Items, Now I changed my mind and hope to sell https://www.ebay.com/b/Clothing-Shoes-Accessories- items. Please tell me anyone  is it prohibited or not. Thank you.

As a new Seller, you can choose whatever "category" you want.  You will still have a limited number of listings you can list initially, regardless of what "category" you choose.

Clothing is a very saturated category.

As long as you are not selling counterfeit goods or things on the restricted list, sellers are pretty much free to list whatever they choose. Do be aware that clothing is a saturated market on eBay. Good luck to you.
