I want to upgrade shipping on item just sold. I (the seller) is paying the shipping charges. I printed off the USPS label and realized the weight wasn't correct.

If you mean you entered the wrong weight when you bought the label, then you should be able to go in to Shipping Labels, select the label, then select VOID label. Then purchase and print a new label with the correct weight. It takes USPS a few days but they will refund you for the voided label if it’s not used.

Void the label and print with correct information. The first label was charged for and refund can take up to 15 days to refund.

I was going to suggest if sending Priority Flat Rate not to worry, but on reflection, the buyer could possibly have an issue if the weight shown on the box was different from the item inside.

As others wrote, void and reprint.
But you should also use care in putting in the package measurements. That can have a huge impact on cost.

Even if you used the original underweighted shipping label the buyer would get the parcel and you would be billed on eBay for the extra shipping cost. The top part of the shipping label has a barcode which links the parcel to your eBay account.
