Sure you can! And the items are even more likely to sell if they are actually jewelry.

New sellers are often restricted from selling in the "high fraud" categories such as electronics and fine jewelry.
As a new seller, you will have to prove that you are following all policies and procedures for selling without any issues before any restrictions will be lifted.
New Seller Limits (amounts and category restrictions):

Restricted Items:

Scrolling down that page, you will find "jewelry"

When you list the item, You should have Jewelry in the title (if you are really selling jewelry) and then you should be able to select the category under you item specifics.

That's very kind and useful advice, but OP is just dropshipping all the usual Chinese stuff, dollar-store merchandise at department-store prices.

I figured it was better to give useful links rather than saying "Dropshipping cheap Chinese stuff from Sri Lanka is a bad business model" 🙂
And who knows ... maybe the OP is trying to get out of that hole by selling "leaves" and Sri Lankan jewelry 🙂

He could probably find something better than leaves.
And it actually looks like he is selling the Chinese junk so GJ for him.
