Cannot view Transaction Defect Rate and similar reports

For the past couple of weeks, I've been unable to view the twelve-month detailed reports for seller performance metrics like "Transaction defect rate", "Late shipment rate, "Cases closed without seller resolution", etc.  When I select the link to "get full report", I receive the following error:

"(!) Oops, we ran into a problem. Please try again later."

The failed link is something like https://www.sps.ebay.com/sd/reports/defect?evalType=ESTIMATED_FUTURE&programs=US.  Guessing this is NOT correct, should not have anything to do with "ESTIMATED_FUTURE" for these reports.

Anyone else see this or have a (manual) workaround?  Using the latest Chrome browser, and have tried to ensure the latest version of the page is loaded to no avail.

I have no workaround, just want to confirm that I am seeing the same thing for the past couple of weeks.

I am getting the same non-result regardless of the browser used.

Try clearing your browser history and cache. I had a similar problem. This fixed it.
