Cannot get help from ebay

I have 2 items that I have listed but when I look at my listings on my profile it says I do not have any items for sale. I even had a friend log in on her account and she cannot find my items anywhere. I have tried calling eBay but the number I used didn't work. I then tried to chat with someone and said that the chat wasn't working either. I just don't know what to do.

Possible reasons:

They didn't go through yet (when did you list?) 

They are too much $ and over your limit (possible)

You didn't 'finish' listing them

Do they show up in your active listings?

Have you registered for managed payments?

Sometimes listings take a little time to populate. When did you list them? 

PS: RE customer service, you are much better off coming here. There are a lot of long time sellers that know the platform and the policies better than the eBay CS phone reps.

I posted one yesterday and one today. I didn't list them for very much so it may be the first reason.

Yes..

If you look into your selling tools, do you see the listings?

Perhaps they have saved to draft and you can list from there?

Unfortunately, nothing shows under active listings for us to see or completed listings.

When you are in Seller Hub what does it show under "Listings" and then "Drafts"?

Listings can take up to 24 hours to index... maybe that's it.

Have you verify your personal information.  Such as your phone number, add your bank account?

It shows the items on my eBay activity page but it does not show them on my profile

I thought I did. I went through all of the stuff with my bank account and everything. I got an email saying it was listed too.

Wait another day.  There are several glitches with ebay.

If it shows them on your "active" page, they indeed should be "active"   ??

Each listing has a listing number on the right hand side, mid-way down the page - can you cut and paste one for us and we will search on the site by the listing number?

mtgraves is probably correct - they just have not yet indexed?

When I search by exact item title- nothing..

When I insert the item number the listing does show up.

But when I go to your listings on your profile, it doesn't show anything.

I think it's just taking time to populate..

Give it a day or so and if they don't show up- maybe come back and we can check again.
