Cannot change postage service

Hi This week I am unable to change the postage delivery service on any listings. It resets back to a more expensive service every time, including when I set it to free to buyer. This is on mobile and desktop versions. Im thinking this is a glitch ? Any ideas please ? Thanks

I just use the desktoop to launch listings & haven't had any issues this week updating the shipping options.

By your description, you appear to be having issues with your shipping policies. Are you using shipping policies in your listings?

I would imagine the postage arrangements are different in the UK...this is the USA board. The problems may be unique to Royal Mail?

I'm thinking you are trying to change postage while on ebay.com and not ebay.uk

That could be why your having issues with your postage.
