Hi Everyone, I should know this. But - I dont' think that I have had more than 1 or 2 cancellations since I have been here (around 2012 or so.) Now I have had 2 seperate cancellations within a few days. Both were at the buyers request "ordered by mistake." Of course I have gladly cancelled both orders. Would never never want anyone to feel pressured to buy. Will this affect my rating or my service metrics any? Thank You in advance for any assistance - U guys are great!................(J.B. The only cancellation that will affect your seller dashboard would be for cancelling as out of stock.
Service metrics monitors your not as described cases and not received cases.

@jbbowers12012 no, since u went ahead and cancelled at buyer's request, no negative affect will take place on your account

My guess is its your turn to prop up the company with more undeserved GMV and active user data...

It's the wally mart shoppers. They pick up and put down merchandise all the time. As long as the buyer requested you to cancel eBay won't count that as a defect.
