When I try to send a message to a customer who opened an INR case, I get the following message:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/res/ItemNotReceived/SendMessage?" on this server.

Anyone have any idea why this is? Did eBay try to 'fix' something again? 😞
