Can't edit available quantity.

My account can't edit the available quantity from last week.

The warning showed that I need to verify or update the phone number .

But I've already verified my phone number couple years.

Even I just updated again and been verified, it still can't edit quantity.

So can anymore help????

Instead of updating the quantity through Seller Hub, what happens when you click to edit the listing and update the quantity on the listing then saving changes?

Yes when I update through revise listing, it still couldn't update.

What happens when you click that link in the red banner to "verify or update your phone number"?

Then It will turn back to the account info page.

Did you open a second account?  Do you have more than one account using the same phone number?  Does the phone number for this eBay account match that for Payoneer?

Payoneer is likely your issue.  They don't allow the same phone number to be used on two different Payoneer accounts.

Thanks and now I have already changed the phone number same as Payoneer.

And also one more questions.

The payment on Payoneer on my account in Australia is using the same as U.S. account.

Will this affect?

After 7 days then the case is solved.

I asked eBay and they replied it's their system automatic detect someone is trying to login in our account.

So I provided my address, email address, name and the date registered, then after several hours the limit is 

removed.

I think it's just the stupid error by eBay system.

Errors or glitches in the system are rarely smart.  Some of these things are harder to get fixed than others.  It depends on the specifics of the problem and what programs are affected.  All that has to be figured out before a fix can be created.
