Can't Post Tracking Number

I can't post a tracking number on the page provided. I can input the number and the shipper but when I click on save it does nothing. The page seems to look a bit different than it had a week or so ago.

Also, if I try to log out from that page the drop down does not happen. It is like the page and/or links are dead. All the other pages work as usual.

Is it just me or . . .

Neither of those. I'm doing what I have always done.

I go to the "My eBay Selling Overview" where it lists my sold item(s) under the words "Ship It". I click on the down arrow and click on "Add Tracking Number".

I was just now able to post up tracking number and save it. Thanks to whomever . . .
