Can't End items

The end item button is not accessible on the eBay seller hub. I can't end items that have sold in our brick & mortar gallery. Extremely frustrated! Anyone else have this issue?  Any luck getting it fixed?

We cannot delete unsold items either ??

It works fine for me.

Seller hub > Active listings 

Go to the listing in question

Use the drop down menu on the left side.

Go to "end listing" - it's the 5th choice.

Seems eBay is have some major technical issues this evening. Can't end listings, send offers, edit, etc. All the drop-down options tabs are greyed out (Sell Similar, Actions, Sell it faster). The only one not greyed out is the "Edit" tab but it doesn't work either. They were all fine earlier today. Hopefully will be fixed soon.

To better understand your problem, would you please tell us, in detail, your process to try and end listings.  That would really help us to get you to the right place.

Yes everyone knows where the drop down arrow is and how to click on it. The problem is the arrow is gray and you can't click it.

There are at least a half dozen posts on the technical issues board regarding this issue.

I've tried different browsers, emptying cache etc.

  @eburtonlab posted a few links that are a work around. 

One of those links worked for me but I wouldn't want to depend on that because it was slow and cumbersome to do them one by one.

Tried that, and it just responded that that item is not listed. Which is not true, so another frustration and not helpful.

I automatically jumped to my "it's working fine you're just doing it wrong" stance.

Update. I use iMac and Safari browser. I just logged onto ebay with Google Chrome and all my issues with the grayed out drop down went away. So I'm thinking there is a problem with ebay and Safari not getting along.
