Can't End Listing

so went to end a listing, 3x won't do it, went to help, listing, end listing, and they ask for reason for ending, select item no longer for sale, ends the listing.... what genius at ebay came up with this idiotic procedure? Can't end a listing from seller hub now? gesh, this place gets worse by the day.

I got the same reply from eBay... When I asked to be switched to 'Level 2' customer service they said that would take a long time. Contacted buyer who I told I'd end the listing and fortunately they understood.

I went through this page based on your suggested work around. I entered a search term from the title to find the listing. Only listings with stock appeared - the out of stock listing I wanted to end didn't appear. So I searched by item number. That got the item to show up, so I selected it and tried to end it.

That brought me to a page that said:

Um ... I don't sell in the Motors category. Thanks, eBay, try again.

didn't try that, but never had issue ending from the drop down next to the listing before. I'll try that next time if happens again.

That method is not working right now. Currently the only 2 methods I can get to work:

1. Using this link if the item has stock. It won't work for OOS.
2. Ending using the app.

Yeah, that's how I finally ended the listing was option 1, kinda silly, they need to fix this.

i don't need to end any more listings right now, just that one I did yesterday... I have quantity of the item but every single one arrived with scuffs/scratches/dents from distributor except one I sold, I don't feel like dealing with it so I ended the listings. Some listings I have quantity and I add more when one sells, others sell and I end the listing.

@wastingtime101 actually the drop down link "End Listing" next to listing is working now... I just ended another listing cause I sold last copy on another platform 5 min ago.

I googled this problem and found this thread. If anyone is still experiencing this, try ending the listing on the eBay mobile app. That worked for me after failing through desktop.
