Can someone explain this?

I was wondering if someone could explain this high amount of views on my auction...By the time the auction ended the views were up over 7,000...I don't know how to replicate this phenomena...

Re: Can someone explain this?

When I search for a certain size, I use the size letter or number only. I would never include the letter 's' unless I was searching for a 'small' item.

I also use the size choices that work if Item Specifics are properly filled in.

But since you already seem to know everything ....

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

Apparently "nonsense" gets the most views...Telling of our society of texters...Also I might ask why you are an expert with only one feedback lintbrush? Or is your name a front on this board that you are hiding behind? A member since 2016? You have got to be kidding!!

It's a posting ID. Smart sellers use them.

This is my posting ID, I have nearly 30,000 feedback as a seller.

Re: Can someone explain this?

It could be a view counter glitch. For every 1 view the counter could be assigning a larger value.

Re: Can someone explain this?

NO but eBay can. Its a program problem with some, not all counters. Maybe if they ever figure it out the will fix it. July 4 and still happening .. I got 80 views posted in less tham 3 minutes on a holiday with fireworks popping away!

This not confusing at all if the buyer reads the auction description...

Some shoppers no longer read the descriptions and buy based on the pics and title alone. With only partial descriptions being tested by ebay again, this could be an ongoing challenge for sellers.
