So, in the past month, I've had at least 5 to 10 orders cancelled by buyers or at least requests to cancel and I've had 4 orders that were relisted twice by mistake and hence out of stock in the past year and now all of sudden I am above average and not a TRS. How come buyers can cancel all they want and sellers get punished if they cancel just a few.

Because when a seller cancels it makes buyers mad, therefore their experience is not good.
Ebay thinks it’s the sellers that drive buyers away so they bend over backwards to keep the buyers happy and buying. Apparently sellers never buy stuff.
Oh, and it’s policy.
the person my dog thinks I am.
