alan@ebay I'm tagging you here because you wrote that post introducing it.
I created an account for my employee whom I want to help print out invoices, packing slips, postage and basically pick, pack, and ship my products out. I gave this account all the permissions allowed (there only seems to be two)
When my employee logged in to his account, I was totally confused by the interface and what ebay was showing me. I wasn't able to find anywhere where that account is able to even look up awaiting shipment invoices and packing slips. Am I correct to say that multi-user accounts are unable to help with invoices and postage like I want them to? Please help.

According to what you show, the permissions are only for
creating/editing drafts
publishing/revising listings.......

Looks like Spring Update is addressing this 🙂

I'm not holding my breath because that page doesn't say specifically what new permissions will be added. I wish they would... part of me thinks they didn't publicize it because they don't know yet. Maybe they are so far from the planning process that they haven't decided which permissions they will add, and just made the decision that they will add more (which actually was stated way back when this program originally went live with just two permissions). So nothing really changed with this announcement... unless there's an actual deadline.
Let's hope the new permissions isn't anything lame or useless like: 1) you can now change the ebay username and avatar photo or, 2) you can now leave buyers feedback.
alan@ebay Any info you can tell us on which new permissions will actually be added with this update?

The update page says:
Starting in April 2020, we’ll extend permissions capabilities to the Orders tab in Seller Hub, which will enable you to provide authorized users, such as warehouse employees, with read-only access to orders that need to be shipped.
