California Prop 65 Warning

Do i have to add a California Prop 65 warning to all my items sold to California? i mostly sold vintage jewelry. Thank you for the info

I just added the following to all of my listings.

Concerning California Proposition 65: I refuse to let California law dictate my business in any way what-so-ever. I don't live and would never live in California.

Don't bother purchasing if you live in California. If you do order this product then I will automatically refund your money and not send you the item. I will not sell this product to anybody in California.

So, you're going to punish your CA buyers over the gov't decisions? Good luck cancelling those orders. If you have too many cancellations that will impact your account.
