Over two weeks ago a buyer opened a request for an item saying it had not arrived. The funds for this items have been put on hold. I have the proof of delivery and a Royal Mail reference number. After showing proof of delivery to the buyer, they went silent and have not closed the request, even though I believe the item has been delivered. Is there an amount of time that passes before ebay will end a request due to the buyer not responding?
...if buyer opened the request, and if you already responded with all your upload tracking information, eBay will closed the case for you in your favor...
