Buyer opened second case

Hello. A buyer bought a quantity of two items same order. So i sent the two items in a flat envelope.  On March 06 she opened item not received case but tracking number shows package was delivered that Day (March 06).

I called eBay and they closed the case in my favor without any refund to the buyer.

Today March 12 the same buyer opened, a different case,  a return request case saying She only received one  item.

I think she whats to scam me.

What should I do?

Accept the return and wait to see if she sends anything back.

But you will probably get 1 back and buyer will get the 2nd one free!

Depending on the value of the item, this is probably your best (least costly) course of action.

If she rejects the offer, insist on the return, eat the shipping label, and follow the standard Ebay return process. There's nothing else you can do at that point.

Hello This is an update of the case.

I sent a partial refund offer to the buyer. The buyer never replied  to the offer. Today eBay closed the case.
