Buyer claimed both new items I sent were opened. "Please credit" she says. I have eBay send a return label. eBay says don't refund until you get your items back. Ok. Not 15 minutes later she opens a NAD case. eBay says they've sent the label and once it shows delivered they will take the funds out of my account to pay her back. Why can she open 2 different requests? I already said return for refund, and I DON'T send out open bottles. I'm thinking she's going to switch out her old bottles for my new ones. Any recourse?
I've also reported her, which is probably as effective as if I told my cat about it

I don't know what your loss would be, but if it's worth it, just try to fight the refund if one is made. you'll have to fight this issue:
Return the item in the same condition as you received it. See the item condition policy for returns for more information.

"If it dont come back the way you sent it you dont have to refund. "
False.

5 business days and you should receive an ebay message and/or email that the item has been shipped. If you don't get one by Monday, contact CS to try to have the returns closed in your favor.

I got a scammer buyer a few months ago. The following is advice if your buyer is pulling the same scam my buyer did.
Did Ebay send one or two labels to the buyer? You need those Tr#(s). Call ebay CS and get the number(s) from them. Do this asap. There's a scam where the buyer will alter the return shipping label so the package deliveres to a random address in your zip code (an empty package) and once it shows delivered (just not back to you) the buyer will automatically get thier refund. If this is what's going on you need to call the PO and see if they can tell you what the "ship to" address is. Make sure you confirm that the address physically printed on the label is the one they're giving you.
Or they may just be brazen enough to send you and empty package or a box of rocks. Hope I'm wrong. Thieves suck!
If the tracking #(s) don't show delivered by (business) day 6 call CS and have the case(s) ruled in your favor.
I'll be curious what comes of this.

I received the return request Saturday morning, and approved the return shortly after. I guess she didn't like that, since in her return comments she said "credit please", because right after that she opened the NAD case, and eBay closed her return request and told her to return the item. I haven't heard anything else. Everything happened on Saturday

OP, in the second ebay message to you was there any indication that ebay made a decision on the case? What I'm afraid of is that the "buyer" called in and the case was escalated (ask ebay to step in) by a c-s rep even though you already accepted the return and chose to have ebay provide the label.
