I have a buyer who is buying multiple items & has requested an invoice be sent to bring down the costing of postage which I am more than happy to do but I can not find on here anywhere how to send an invoice. Does she need to purchase the products first or is there someway I can adjust her postage pricing. TIA

If your buyer has requested an invoice through the proper channels, there's a link to send them an invoice right on the request notification. If they can't request an invoice because you have Immediate Payment Required enabled, they have to buy the stuff first, and then you send them a shipping refund.

Hi @shmacca0307
-You cannot send an invoice unless items are purchased AND the listings do NOT have "Immediate payment required" turned on
-If you do not use Immediate payment required the Buyer can "Request an updated invoice" from their end for multiple items, you can then change the shipping cost on the invoice and send it off to them for payment.
-You can always Refund the shipping overage AFTER items are purchased separately ( I do this all the time).
-You can Combine shipping after items are purchased separately (I do this all the time).

Is your shop set up to give shipping discounts for multiple items purchased? If it is, the customer will receive an adjusted invoice.

Hi, thank you but where do I find the Request notification? I believe she has the items still sitting in her cart.

If the items are still in the cart AND she is using a PC then in the upper right corner of the cart screen is a line "request total from seller". I have had reports that on a mobile device, because of their smaller screen, the information is abbreviated and hard pr impossible to find.
