Anybody out there today or this week having problems with buyers being able to access their offers from you when you send an offer. Just curious because I got a buyer saying they want to buy but cannot seem to access and make the offer process. I sent out numerous offers this week so this is annoying. Could be they do not know how to but this buyer has over 1900 feedbacks so they seem like a seasoned ebay person.

I am wondering if it has anything to do with the required ability to pay first payment perhaps? That is happening recently.

Never assume. We have sellers posting all the time that claim to have been with eBay for 20+ years and still do not know the method by which final value fees are applied.

Yeah that might be the case.

Back to the OPs Question.
Possibly one of your settings is blocking the potential buyer. A blocked location? Maybe he has
a past history of being a non paying bidder and is triggering your setting for that. Maybe
he's pulling your leg and wants to start trading texts so he can pay you.

Have you considered the remote possibility that this person has had two nonpaying cases within the last 12 months? If you have your buyer requirements set so that buyers in that situation cannot buy from you, that could be the reason. Although, come to think about it, not sure that a buyer in that category could be able to offer.

Ok I found out why and this is not too good. She said that when she clicked the offer it did not give her the price reduction when she went to check out. I went Ahead and told her to buy it now and I change the price. Then she bought it.
