Buyer Gave False Negative Feedback

I had a buyer purchase around 20 trading cards from me. I had everyone one of them securely put in one package. The day he received them without even contacting me or ebay he immediately gave me negative feedback for multiple cards claiming they weren't there. I tried to message him about it and nothing changed, just kept rudely saying they weren't in there. I am certain without a doubt I put every single card they ordered in the package, and it's not even like they're claiming it was just one missing. I tried to contact ebay and they pretty much just told me all I can do is message them. It's a very frustrating situation and it seems like I have no say in the matter whatsoever even though I didn't do anything wrong.

Or a scammer trying to weasel his way into some sort of refund.

Buyer Gave False Negative Feedback

Whatever the reason is I just wish there was something I could do about it. It seems like if it's either of those 2 situations people can just feely do it with no option for the seller, which is unacceptable.
