What kind of business help? Based on your feedback I'd guess eBay permanently suspended you for not shipping orders. If that's the case there's nothing you'll be able to do to get past that on this marketplace.

No. As I said above, you started off your selling account with serious problems. If you were permanently banned eBay will not reverse that decision.

Edit: Apparently you had multiple IDs that were both banned. Your other post:

You cannot create a new ID to circumvent the block. Here's the eBay policy:

     As others have stated you are probably never going to be able to sell on eBay again. You are in Sri Lanka and the three items you sold drop shipped, or were supposed to drop ship, out of the UK. Regardless of how many times experienced sellers try to explain that drop shipping is a VERY risky business model a lot of new sellers attempt to do it and usually don't last long.

It doesn't seem like you are understanding the responses here.  If you have been banned from eBay permanently, there is no help that anyone here can possibly offer.
