Bulk editor not working?

I was trying to lower the starting prices of my auctions by 5% and I get a "something went wrong" message. Anyone else experiencing problems like this?

2 hours, no response on facebook.

Over 24 hours later and the bulk editor still doesn't work.  I got a response from ebay on facebook who told me to erase my cookies/cache but that did nothing.  Why can't they admit something is wrong on THEIR end?  They only took about 4 hours to respond on facebook and hours between replies.

Hey @skeletonstore. We apologize about the issues you are having when trying to bulk edit listings. There is a known issue on the site and if you can reach back out to customer support you can provide them with you are running into ALERT13968. From their they will be able to get you added to the ticket.

Yes, it is not working and have called multiple times. Please call them also so they will move on it.

Devon I have called them for a week and nothing has changed. Still an issue.

It's been over a week now that the bulk editor is still not working. Ebay is aware of this issue but they still have not fixed it?  Every day it is another problem.

It has been broken for over a week! all the techs must be on vacation!
