How do I list a product offering discount for buying multiple items

Is this for single listings which has a quantity of the same item available?  Or across unrelated listings?

Is this for a discount of combining shipping or a discount of the item price?

If it's a single listing, use the Volume Pricing option on the listing (may require a store subscription, this page isn't clear https://pages.ebay.com/specialoffers/volumepricing/index.html ).

If you're talking about multiple listings and offering a discount on purchasing several items, you'd have to run a Store Sale Event, which definitely requires a store (you have one, this is more for others who may stumble across this thread).  That's from the Marketing -> Discounts tab of Seller Hub now: https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktv2/promotionmanager/dashboard
