What is wrong with ebay? I mean, how hard is it to test your crap before you throw it over a fence and use sellers to test it for you? Point in case - mobile app shows that I have 6 listings to ship (correct). Desktop app not only shows an incorrect number of items (179), but the total has been wrong for multiple weeks now. And when trying to print multiple labels, orders that were shipped already show up. This is becoming a nightmare. And it's as if eBay either ignores these problems or just doesn't care. No wonder the forecast is "gloomy" moving forward - who wants to deal with this incompetence?
And all tracking has apparently vanished.... If this is how developers work at eBay, it's time to find new ones.

I'm having problems in the same area of the hub. Shipments that have gone out are still showing in awaiting shipment and also showing in paid and shipped. Also have an order that is showing as multiple shipments (unshipped) that was just one that has shipped.
Also the option to purchase postage on the awaiting shipment has to be "found" on the options pull down rather than just right on each order.
Definitely not an improvement.

@prolific_author the answer is to NOT use their worthless app. I know it should NOT be that way but it is what it is.

I have that too. I haven't checked tracking yet, but I keep my own copy-just in case.
Today I have no Seller Hub. I have words on the left of the screen all shoved together and nothing else.
And I thought I was going to get some listings up today.

Oh, and when I click on the link to ship the next item (a recently new feature), it takes me back to the same order and tells me I already purchased a label for it. USELESS! All of it! I called this in, eBay verified the various issues. Had this been a real IT company like Microsoft or Amazon, someone would have been paged and the problem would have been fixed already. As of 5/5 @700 AM PST, no one has done anything at eBay.

ship the next item has been around for a few years
it has always worked good for me
the end a listing shortcut and combine auctions shortcut have not been working for me for a while
parts of seller hub are always down for different users
I have tried other browsers and other computers and seller hub is still a bit balky
I should just blame comcast but its not them

@1tuna - this has nothing to do with browser. If the code were correct, it would work in any browser. If that weren't the case, you'd have many more complaints across the board. As a software engineer myself, there are tools like weback and babel.io that help make JS compatible with all browsers. This is the developers at eBay being carless, reckless, and apparently without an on-call rotation to alert them to when a problem is wrong (and that should never occur because of customer complaints; it occurs when you have the right monitors in place, which they clearly don't).
You don't break basic functionality! And as I said - if eBay were a *real* IT and sofware company, this would have been resovled already. I noticed this problem and reported it almost 4 days ago. Neither Microsoft nor Amazon would let these issues continually persist in production without someone taking action, like rolling back the changes that introduced these issues.

I have the same thing going on. This morning, two orders showed up on my 'to be shipped' page and they were shipped back in March. There is also a problem with Ebay incorrectly calculating international shipping. It is random. Some are calculated correctly, while others are not. Today, I have an order going to Australia. They calculated the shipping at $7.81 when it should be $17.00! This has been going on for weeks and I have called support several times about it. They told me to cancel the orders and let the customer know why. I did so and some of the customers reordered and requested an invoice so I could add the correct postage. Others did not reorder. It's maddening!

We are having the same issue. First it was the really horrible new listing tool that destroyed our HTML and takes 5x as long to use. Now they ruin the shipping screen and it takes 10x as long to ship an item! Items that were shipped months ago are showing up in Awaiting Shipment. What is wrong with eBay? These changes are terrible. It seems like they are trying to force mobile garbage UI on everyone. 90% of what we do is done on a desktop. I'm sure lots of other professional sellers and business, the backbone of eBay, are scratching there heads too with these unneeded and bad decisions.

With my past jobs often I was first to catch/spot software problems (accounting/inventory control etc). Just lucky I guess. I would pass on to IT as soon as I noticed. (1 was a little one called GE). They would confirm and roll back if necessary until a solution could be found. It wasn't worth the hassle for them for any problem to affect everyone else. It's called being proactive. eBay's go to solution is basically everyone fend for themselves or hope and pray to discover a workaround on google.

Support tends to be clueless if the issue is not in their scripts, and in this case it sounds like you are seeing the workaround that's been in place for a few months now concerning USPS shipments to Australia. Those have been suspended by USPS due to Covid issues, so eBay's workaround has been to divert the shipping to their own eBay International Standard Shipping, which collects Australian shipments at one of several domestic US consolidation centers and hands them over to DHL, which does the international shipping leg and final delivery. There is no need to cancel the order; just ship to the address you received with the payment.

Developers, tech people, do what their bosses tell them to do, in the time they are told to do it. No excuses.
I'm sure you've worked a job before and you understand how this works.
Don't blame the workers, blame management.

Can someone from ebay respond? I'm also having this issue. My orders tab is showing 25 real orders but also include 200+ other orders I already shipped. I literally just reshipped several orders and didn't even realize it!
Please let us know what's going on, as it's very difficult trying to process orders with all the clutter. Tracking is also disappearing, and saying that I didn't ship when I did. Please fix this.

I've worked for two of the largest software companies in America (without naming names, I'm sure you could figure it out). Neither would ever let problems like this continue unabated for days. This should be considered a major embarassment for any company that prides itself on the software it delivers to customers. Period. Clearly, eBay lacks in that category. The fact that this has gone unresolved for so long is inexcusable! A culture of accountability is desparately lacking at eBay.
