I have a bug report that was started November of 2018 but nothing has been done.

How can I get them to fix a problem that they Have been able to duplicate on their servers?

what is it? Sometimes the smaller things take forever to get fixed.........

From my experience these are some of your options:

Keep calling Customer Support (who will tell you they are working on it).
Post here and copy the Community manager (who will tell you they are working on it and he'll update you).
Live with it and try to find a work-around.
Post what the issue is and I'll see if I can assist to get eBay to resolve this.

Well, you might have to talk to their vendor(s) who do the programming and maintain the platform. And, then, if it won't cost too much to fix, it might get recommended. After it gets reviewed by the board, it might get fixed.
