Re: Branded items

Right owner of said brands are what you would need permission from, if not resale of legit goods.

What brands are you wishing to sell?  Hard to answer your question w/o knowing.

As long as items are authentic, you don't need brand owners' approvals. First sale doctrine allows you to sell authentic items obtained through legitimate sources.

Re: Branded items

Wondering if you have eBay's permission  to use their logo in your profile? To use their logo you have to have a written trademark license agreement with eBay. Do you have that?

If you plan on dropshipping named brand items from China be aware that's the Counterfeit Capital of the World.  If you're not purchasing from a brand's authorized distributor they could be fake and not allowed.

Re: Branded items

Will you be working at that factory and have access to the items? Will the items be in your personal possession? What sort of factory items do you want to sell?  There are millions of the same factory items from China on Ebay and it's hard to compete with the others, especially if you're not sure about what you're doing  or selling.  I would continue to sell the teas and spices you are selling.  If you would like them to be more likely to sell, you need to lower your prices.  They're very high and again you are competing with other sellers who are selling them for much less.

Happy Selling!

Re: Branded items

What teas and spices are you seeing?  Has eBay removed their listings since you posted?

Re: Branded items

Hey Fab, I clicked on their listings.  They're selling 2 items. Tea and cinnamon.  PS The cinnamon stix are out of date.

Not sure but you definitely can't have eBay as your profile picture without approval.
