How do I block a potential buyer?

The key word is- potential. You can block any buyer if you know their exact ID by adding them to your blocked bidder list. You can block buyer's with more than 2 unpaid item strikes. You can block certain countries from being shipped to. I believe that's pretty much it. Best of luck to you....

And to add to @pjcdn2005's good advice... when you add to that list, simply put a comma (after the last one) and add a space, add another User ID then Submit. You'll find the list under Seller Hub in the Shortcuts tile. Good luck.
