Best report, spreadsheet to get Net Profit with Sales, Fees, Cost of Inventory, COGS, Expenses, etc?

eBay collects all the information needed to determine Net Profit on sales - assuming I input inventory cost into "Manage Inventory".  What I want to do is generate a report with: Date, Sales Record Number, Item Id, Item Title, Custom Label/SKU, Product Name, Qty, Sale Price of Order, Item subtotal, Shipping and handling charged, Seller collected tax, eBay collected tax, Refunds or Partial Refunds, Final Value Fee – fixed, Final Value Fee – variable, Very high "item not as described" fee, Below standard performance fee, International fee, Gross transaction amount, Cost of Item, Actual Shipping Cost, eBay Fees Total, Cost of Goods Sold, Gain.

For what I can tell, most of that information is in the Transactions Report, except for Cost of Item.  Am I missing something?

If it isn't available as an eBay report, please share what third-party software, or other spreadsheet you have found useful and time saving to track profits.

Thank you!

Yes, Ebay reports are a mess.  If you are a small seller like myself just create your own spreadsheet using Google docs.  But since you have listed three times what I have listed you might want to use a third party accounting software such as Quickbooks.  There are many other alternatives.  Just don't rely on the Ebay generated reports.
