I know this was happening 2 years ago, but lately I have noticed that when I revise any listing online OR through the app, it charges me again for the subtitle fee ($1.00) that I was already charged when originally listing the item. This is single item, not MV listings. What gives? Is anyone else experiencing this?? I'm not sure when it started, but now I feel the need to review my statements to see how long this has been going on and if ebay catches it and refunds the double charge. Just a heads up to keep an eye on it!
