My account has been restricted for more than a week now. eBay claims they need to verify my banking info. Which was verified this past February. Nothing has changed. As requested, I uploaded the info needed last Tuesday.
Since then, I have spoke with several “Agents” . I’m told that the info has been verified and restriction would be released soon. NOT. I was told that the department responsible for the restriction would contact me soon. NOT. Just yesterday I was told everything looked good, didn’t understand why it’s still restricted, will escalate to the next level.
In the meantime eBay is holding my funds but somehow has no problem retrieving funds from me to cover their fees.
