Bank Card not support

1.From the link given to me by eBay, I went to link the payoneer but my Bank Card (We couldn't verify this card please provide a different card fell). Can you tell me the reason?
2.Can I link another bank card under another name. Is that a problem.

You should contact your bank.  This is a community discussion forum for buyers and sellers.  No one here is able to help you.  You may also want to contact Payoneer if the problems persists.

No you may not link another bank card with some other name on it. You need to talk with your bank about your card.

You link a Payoneer account to eBay for payouts. Right away Payoneer will tell you if you're successfully linked from Payoneer's end. Then you have to to go back to your eBay account and attach a credit card to eBay, not Payoneer, for seller fees that aren't taken from your payout.

Then in 2-4 weeks after eBay verifies your business license and your Payoneer account and see you attached a credit card they will send you an email saying you're all set.

The name and address on all your accounts and cards must exactly match your driver's license or National ID.
