I've recently started selling and I added my bank account for payouts. I went through the third party bank login thing it takes you through when adding a new account. I logged in to my bank, it was added to my ebay account and everything was gravy. I had a 48hr hold notification for the new account but not an issue.
I tried contacting customer service asking as to why after my account was verified that I still had a 30 day hold on my funds for three different items that I sold. Mind you, I had received faster payouts for the first two items I sold using this bank account.
I was then told by multiple customer service reps that my account wasn't actually verified and I needed to add a completely new bank account to lift those holds. Problem is, I only have the one bank account and I never received any emails or notice that my bank account wasn't accepted or not verified.
I can't get a solid answer as to why, or how to get my funds faster. What do I do??? I'm ready to rip my hair out at this point....
