Have been selling for a few months now and was destroyed when I recieved a very poor feedback from a customer. Everyone I have sold to are very satisfied but this customer cost me my 100% sat figures.
When reviewing all back and forth with customer I can not see how a Ebay reviewer could come up with the damage that was done. What can I do to have this looked at?

Did you actually tell the buyer to "take it up w the USPS?" If you did, then you deserve the neg.

Bad response to that snad, cant blame the buyer for being angry.

Why would you ship rocks in glass?
Why not bagged in paper or plastic?
It will age off in 12 months from leaving and most buyers think 95% is hunky dory.
But rethink your packaging.

This will not 'destroy' you. But you need to do better.

Not getting the whole story.
I notice the same item sold is now listed again?
And it doesn't look like petrified wood to me..but I could be wrong.
It wasn't a big sale...16 bucks plus shipping...and why in a glass jar and not a box for shipping?
It was a rather bad feedback.
Mission statement...buyer and seller work it out...not eBay.
Have I lost money when things gone wrong...yes...and I will do anything to make the buyer happy.
It is all about feedback sometimes and sometimes we have to take a hit on profits to make the buyer happy.

Well i think you already did that and many have looked at your feedback. (see list of responses) If true you can do much better with packing and customer service.
On a positive note, you do not have much feedback and if your stats are important to you, sell a few more items and you will be fine. A good way to approach Ebay is that the sale does not end once you ship out your items. Follow up, provide good customer service and pack your items well. Once the customer receives your item and is satisfied, the sale is complete. Stay professional.

Shipping rocks in a glass jar, seriously?

LOL .
We only hear about rocks returned in a box instead of the real item to a seller.

Gotta ask, what does this mean?
"These pieces are all original, meaning that they have not been altered"
Then in IS:
"Glue residue on backs"
I've never seen natural Petrified Wood with glue on the back.
