We have a problem with buyer. Buyer has made return request, stating Missing parts or pieces as a reason. Buyer has sent a link to our package opening video .
This particular product package has protective seal sticker. Before opening the package manufacturer seal sticker needs to be removed. But as seen on the video customer opened package without removing seal sticker which means sealing sticker was removed before this video was made.
When customer opened the box, viewer can see some wooden debris inside instead of product.
Also, in our personal opinion, customer is so emotionless which makes us think that he knew what he would see (There is 2 peoples . 1 videooperator, 2 man who open the package).
We only sell genuine products and most of them are sold in original manufacturer packaging. Every item is being checked personally by head of the company. We always try to resolve any issues and find the best solution that would satisfy both our customer and us. We value our cuctomers and our reputation and would not do anything like this.
Please help to resolve this problem, we really need your help. We think that this person is cheating and might take advantage of other sellers too and damage seller's reputation.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Great points, GoodLuckSelling!
@balticpartssia You have a feedback score of 211 as a seller so you probably have 500 or so total transactions under your belt. That would mean your loss rate is 0.002, which is exceptionally low.
Realize that:
Risks of selling are assumed by the seller in anticipation of profit on the aggregate
Buyers are privileged because their payment carries consumer protection and buyer's
purchases are made sight unseen
Life is not fair
There is no lack of sellers (or their items) to take the place of sellers who leave the venue
because there are no barriers to entry into this market
Buyers' money and brand loyalty to eBay is the scarce resource in this market; and
You are both accountable to eBay for customer satisfaction; and
You, alone, are responsible for anticipating and funding your business expenses

You cannot name the buyer in your title or post.
That was why it was removed.
As I told you through PM, since you are in Latvia, post this on the European Message board where your rules and procedures may be different than ours here in the US.

I will just tell you that you are between a rock and a hard place. I don't where you shipped to but from eBay's perspective the buyer received a Item Not as Described. If you accept the return you already know that you will not get your item back. If you try to fight it you will lose (probably).
Was it insured? If it went cross countries not sure how that will go.
Did the buyer hear the shaking then decided to film? Could it have been swapped during the shipping. There is just too many unknowns so I don't see how you will win this one.
You may want to try to call CS but it may not help. At least you can see what your options are.
Prov 20:14 It is naught, it is naught, saith the buyer: but when he is gone his way, then he boasteth.

Many things can happen to an item in transit, especially when it is going internationally.
Sorry this happened to you, OP.

Best regards,
I am horrified to see how low some of the scammers are going even for an item that isn't overly expensive. What a world!

Did you shipthe package? Is it your packaging?
You state
"Every item is being checked personally by head of the company."
Were you the last one to see the package before it was dropped off?

It does look perfectly well that that is a setup video. If I opened a package and got that debris, my reaction would be a lot different! This was a set-up indeed..
But like others have mentioned..not much you can do.. weird how I saw a similar video on Youtube once from an infamous scammer..pretty much the same thing..
Out of curiosity, anything on his feedback from other sellers, disguising a positive with negative comments?

All I can add is I am wondering if now we should wear gloves and a face mask and open products out doors because you never know what you may get back and if it could be harmful.
A lot of sickos out there.
