Paypal Credit no longer working on Ebay?

Hello, this morning I have tried to make purchases, and cannot select Paypal credit as an option to pay anymore. Paypal is listed, but Paypal credit cannot be used. Neither available for offers, bids, or buy it now. Is anyone else having this issue?
