After eBay's latest update (about a week ago) I found that I was no longer providing automatic positive feedback to my buyers when they submitted payment. I called eBay and was told that Seller Hub never had an option for automatic feedback - that the option is only available in Selling Manager Pro (which, I found out, is still available to those wanting to leave Seller Hub). I was told that, using Seller Hub, all feedback to buyers must be given manually on an individual basis. As I have been using Seller Hub for many months now, and have only lost automatic feedback a week ago, I know this isn't true. Like many sellers, I believe that giving timely, positive, feedback to buyers is important. Automatic feedback expedites the process for larger sellers, encourages buyers to reciprocate, and gives buyers a better feeling toward sellers who provide it than they have for those who don't. Is there anyone from eBay (who actually knows what's going on) that can explain why this option is now discontinued and what notification was given to sellers that it was being discontinued? And PLEASE, eBay, make believe your talking to a member with an IQ over 60 and answer the questions specifically. Not the usual hype that we've all heard ad nauseam (--- Good question - we'll pass it up the line --- It's in our next update! --- We're working on that right now --- etc., etc,). Thank you.

Did you check your automation preferences to see if the option is still checked?

I found another seller having the same problem-

This URL is not valid in Seller Hub. When trying to access, the message "Sorry, but you are currently not subscribed to eBay Selling Manager Pro." appears.

Auto feedback for buyers is still working for me as of yesterday.

That's because that link is for store subscribers with access to Selling Manager Pro. Do you have a premium store or below?
I was always under the impression that you needed to have a Premium store and/or access to SMP in order to automate feedback.

If you don't have access to SMP you may have to settle for bulk feedback. Even with a large volume it's very manageable... just go to the bulk feedback page, select all items with a single check box, then hit the leave feedback button. Takes less than a minute...

If you're using Selling Manager Pro, and have at least a Premium store, Auto Feedback still works. It also worked in Seller Hub (which I use) until a few days ago but was discontinued without any warning from eBay. My questions are why was it discontinued in Seller Hub and why was no notification given?

Being a smart A$$ here but I could not resist. Maybe if you used proper English you may be taken more seriously. Just yanking your chain!! I agree 100% with you.

March 8, 2020 I have a basic store and I just noticed today that my feedback had not been left. HOWEVER I noticed it because for YEARS my feedback was setup to give auto feedback when I received feedback. I don't remember if it was setup through inkfrog or ebay. But it definitely changed this week.
