So months ago I decided to try Automated Suggested Ad Rates for all of my listings...and it seemed to work.
The idea is the ad rate changes for promoted listings based on the current ad rate, keeping it dynamic.
Today I discovered (and this could be why my sells have completely slipped) that all of my listings were no longer promoted. I believe this could be because of the implementation of pay-per-click.
I successfully repromoted them all but the campaign page has changed and I no longer see the automate option, which used to be one click.
Can someone tell me how to do this again? Thanks

Seller Hub>Marketing Tab>Advertising Dashboard>blue button at top right "Create New Campaign" >left column, Standard>Automated. Then follow instructions for setting your automated rates.

When you start a campaign, you can keep it continuous or specify an ending date. Your prior campaign likely had an "ending" date. I diary mine as e-Bay does not "alert" you when one is ending (wish they did).
With the addition of PLA, the PLS view format has changed, so when you click on it, it is a little bit confusing.
Click on the "top" choice for the Campaign (Simple) and it will automatically "default" to the suggested Ad Rates, OR you can choose to Change Your Ad rate strategy, either on "all" listings or on just the ones you wish to emphasize.
Good luck to you. Once you start a Campaign, you can edit it for ending date(s) and also "add" new listings to it while it is active.
