I've had auto feedback for my buyers for years.
"MAHALO for your purchase!"
Yesterday I had a sale and there was no auto feedback left.
I checked my settings, it's still "on".
Anyone else having issues?

There might be a delay or something going on, yeah. I see 5 of our orders don't have feedback left yet, but the rest do.

Same here! It seems to be kind of spotty. Some are still automatic, others I've had to go back in and do manually. Not sure why the system appears to be skipping over some.

Once in awhile I see one that missed out on their feedback.

Auto FB is never provided in real time. The latency varies with system load.

I've never had one not show immediately but good to know.
BTW It's nice to see so many of you using auto feedback instead of the "you leave me feedback first and i'll leave you feedback" method.

Why expend any effort on a task which generally is only appreciated by people with a personality disorder which requires external validation.
I am surprised that you noticed the delay.

On my seller hub it now shows 1 transaction "shipped and awaiting your feedback".
That's what brought my attention to this.
I've never ever seen that before.

I had it happen last week- buyer purchased 2 things, for 1 of them it didn't leave the feedback.
Auto Feedback has worked for the past 20-40 sales since so I quit caring.
It's still on my 'item shipped awaiting feedback' (I have 1 showing out of well over 20000 items sold since I enabled 'auto feedback').
It will probably be there forever.

Yes, many are having issues. I tagged kyle@ebay on this discussion to find out if there's an open tech ticket or not.
That said, anybody who wants to report a tech issue can follow these instructions (much easier than contacting CS):
The more people reporting a problem, the quicker the issue will get attention from eBay.

@wastingtime101 For me it was a one-time glitch so I don't think they would 'find' a problem to fix?

My automated feedback was adding the word 'Hazmat' for a couple hours this morning.
