Authenticity Guarantee Not Showing Up

My listing shows authenticity guarantee in the preview but when I list it the authenticity guarantee is gone.  Anyone else having this issue?

Yep, just listed a few things that should show up with Authenticity Guarantee, but the tag is missing for some reason.

I keep ending because I won't list without Authenticity Guarantee.

I don't list such, so don't know all the ins and outs of it, but does it perhaps just not show if you are signed into your account?  Does t show if you view when signed out. Just throwing that out there as a possibility.

It is a new bug as of a day or two ago. On the third end and relist I got the badge to show up. Hopefully it is addressed quickly.

My guess is and this is just a guess, is that this is something eBay may be thinking of faising out given the fact that it's been a big disappointment to many sellers here and just a complete dud of a feature.  You can search all the posts that people have posted given their disappointment and negative outcome of the authenticity program.  Not to mention it's an extra cost for eBay that perhaps they don't want to deal with anymore.  Just a guess.  Just my opinion.  I have yet to read on these boards how effective it's been for so many, when it appears to be anything but.  JMO.

Hopefully that is not the case. I find ebay authentication to be the most reliable at least for Nike SB Dunks. Never had a fake pair get past them. I have bought and sold about 100 pairs this year and have had very few issues.

Glad it works out for you.  Sadly for many it does not.  Again, just a guess, but if you know eBay, they seldom announce any changes or updated features and that can get pretty frustrating when you are trying to run a business.

Nah, the authentication programs aren't going anywhere.  They can be frustrating sometimes, but overall they are insanely helpful.  Since we were pulled into it, our sales of items 500 and up have increased exponentially.  The program gives buyers confidence in what they are getting.  They tend to be nit picky about small details, and that's when the average seller runs into issues.  If you're listing a diamond engagement ring, and guessing at the stats, you're gonna have some major issues.

I did find out it's a known issue and should be fixed soon.

I agree. Authenticity guarantee has been a lifesaver.
