Authenticity Guarantee Exclusions (Alaska, Hawaii, Protectorates, etc.)

Hello all.  While I have always offered my items to those in Alaska and Hawaii and am now fully on board with international shipping, I'm about to list a high-end baseball card for sale and want to avoid any landmines that might take it out of the Authenticity Guarantee.  In reading eBay "help" articles and other threads on this topic, my understanding is that I must exclude the following categories of buyers: (1) international, (2) those with PO Boxes, (3) those in American territories/"protectorates" and (4) any other buyer outside the "continental United States."  That last category is directly from an eBay article.  While the article doesn't define "continental," it would clearly exclude Hawaii but include Alaska.  As eBay gives me no way to exclude Hawaii without excluding Alaska, it looks like both must be excluded.  It also appears that that I must exclude APO/FPO addresses as they could be international.

Can anyone confirm the foregoing and let me know if I've missed anything?

If you want the item to go through Authenticity Guarantee then you have to exclude all of those locations (PO Box, APO/FPO, territories/protectorates, international).

If you don't exclude any locations, only locations that qualify for AG service will see AG on the listing and non-eligible locations will not see AG. You'd ship directly without authentication to locations like PO Boxes if you don't block them.

For trading cards I don't see a "continental US" restriction. Did you read that on the trading cards FAQ? I'm pretty sure it's a restriction for sneakers.

Both buyer and seller must be located in the United States. U.S. territory locations (incl. Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and armed forces postal locations are not currently covered. Listings that offer only local pickup or items shipped to P.O. Boxes will not be eligible for Authenticity Guarantee.
