I am not talking about a cert you can print out on line and fill in yourself.
Yes in many industries there are certain accredited names that ebay will rule in your favor over.
A gia cert for instance has never let me down in proving you are getting exactly as described.

Just as hard for you to prove to ebay that the paperwork is not fake. Ebay doesn't look at photos or paperwork or videos or whatever.
Hence, ebay almost always takes the buyer's side.
I now use them for a reason. I would not pay around $60 or more if they had not in the past worked in my favor.

All I can add is-
Sold a VVS diamond. Buyer said it was fake because it looked too perfect. Since there were no flaws, and diamonds have flaws, it must be a CZ.
Uploaded the GIA report. My diamonds are lazer inscribed with the GIA report no.
I won.

Arguing my point = stating fact as to how I won a case against me.

As someone else suggested, please post this on the fashion board as there are people there who may know more about that brand. I'm not familiar with gucci wallets and people here who said it was fake may or may not be that that familiar with them either.

GIA certifications are like the bible of all certs as I'm sure you know. If you can't trust GIA, you can't trust anything, so I can understand why you like using them. BTW, your buyer for the VVS diamond must not have known anything about diamonds because it would take two seconds for him or her to have the diamond tested to know that it isn't a CZ. Even a cheap diamond tester would have told them that....or any local jeweler.

I did wonder if they were trying to pull some type of scam and actually send me back a CZ.
And that is why I now have proof with everything I sell. Worth the extra cost.

I was thinking the same thing. When I look at something like this the first thing I look for is the stitching and centering.

The only way I would buy this is if I could pay with a three dollar bill.
