Once your checking account is verified you can start listing.
Final value fees are around 13.6% plus $0.40 transaction fee per sale. Final value fees are based on the entire amount of the sale: purchase price + shipping + sales tax (if applicable). eBay collects and remits sales tax to the buyers state so the seller doesn't have to.
Your first payout will be sent to your checking account on file in approximately 30 days since you are a new seller. If your items are high dollar amounts payout could take longer. Be sure to have all receipts handy because eBay will ask to see them to ensure you're not selling stolen goods.
