Anyone else having issues listing with an Android?

Everything was fine now all of a sudden my listers with Androids are running into this crazy issue where there are a bunch more shipping methods to choose from and no matter how many times we pick one and put in dimensions ebay kicks it out and tells us to choose a return policy which I already have one in place. After we choose the return policy and put in shipping it kicks it out again resulting in no listings however my listers with apple phones don't have this issue.

I've only been insane enhough to try listing from a phone once.  The phone app is a horror and needs to be rewritten ab initio.  Tell whoever is listing to use a desktop or maybe a tablet.  And that phone listing I did?  Saved as draft and finished on a tablet with keyboarrd attached.
