I use the newsletter when I run a markdown sale. It seems to add to the results, I have a fair amount of followers and repeat buyers that I target. I will send a newsletter to my Christmas buyers in late Sep/Oct when I have my full inventory is available. Note: I have noticed the option to attach the newsletter to your sale doesn't populate until the sale actually goes live or has been live for at least 12 hours.

I just launched a sale in one of my selling categories. I'll let you know.

I sent one out a few days ago listing about 60 items that I put on sale for about 1000 buyers.
I know its being read because I now have lots of views and several watchers who were not there previously.
But for some reason I am unable to see my own newsletter. Is that possible? thanks

I think it really depends on your inventory.
I sell used auto parts and a very specific and narrow slice of used parts.
When someone needs something from me, they need just that, and nothing else. And they need it when they need it. Price is to a large extent irrelevant.
You got into a parking lot thing and an emblem got broken off the front of your Subaru.
You own a body shop and need a badge for a Volvo that's almost done.
You own a used car lot and need to pretty up a well-worn Ford Fiesta.
These people don't care if my inventory of BMW is on sale.
Know your customer.

That's good to know. Thanks! I might do something similar when I get the Christmas inventory on the store. That's interesting about the sale. I'll have to remember that.

That's great to know! At least you know that your items are being seen and that's what I was wondering. Good to hear that you are seeing a correlation between the two. Thanks.

Very true! It does depend on the needs of your shoppers in your case. Good point. Thanks.
