Anyone Else Not Able To Sign Out?

I am trying to switch to my other ebay accounts and when I click on "Sign Out" I get the following message...

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111

Anyone else experiencing this?

I restarted my computer and it is working now.

   I think it's possibly related to them fixing the pictures glitch that was happening.
