You have 2 cars already listed - as a new seller you may have hit the wall with the limit eBay has placed on you. 

27 active listings plus 5 sold would have put you well above the new seller limits.

Naw that's not the problem. eBay gave me that warning when I posted 4 cars.

It looks like you're selling from Georgia (US) and drop shipping from China...are those your listings or do you think your account was hacked??

Gotcha. AutoDs adviced this on YouTube a well ago now I  want to get out of this and go shopping from US to International.

Anyone know the steps

There are alot of misleading advice on Youtube. I would never use it for advice or guidance.  What exactly are you trying to get out of? Do you want to end the China listings and just sell to the US? Drop shipping is a very risky selling practice.  You don't have the items in you possession and things can go very wrong.  If this person from Youtube advised this practice, they're not telling you the cons only the pros.

Ok...click on your active listings where it says "active".  It will give you your 27 listings showing.  Go to the right of the page next to the title.  There's an arrow that will give you some options.  Go to "end listings." End all the listings you want.  I'm glad you decided to get out of those.  Say if you sold something and the item was out of stock?? You'd have a lot of unhappy customers and risk suspension as well.  Ok...go end your listings and let us know if it ended successfully.

It seems odd that you just registered a month ago and eBay allowed you to list that many things, as well as cars.    And you're drop shipping.

They're trying to get out of the drop shipping.  Watched something on Youtube that suggested it was a good way to make money.  Good grief! 🙄 I was also wondering that as well as to why they had so many listings as a new seller.

Don't you need a dealership license to list more than 6 cars or something like that?

Did he list more than six? And in what time frame is the limit? Six at a time? Six in a year?
